Managing the end to end profitability of the Brands,. Ensuring we have the right stock, in the right store, at the right price, at the right time.

 What we do…

  • Merchandising  works closely with Buying to develop the brand strategy.
  • We develop the financial plans for the brand, forecasting how many sales will be taken in a specific period, and how much stock will be sold at full price compared to being reduced in the sale.
  • Most importantly, Merchandising plans how much stock should be bought to achieve the sales – too much puts too much cost into the business, while too little results in empty stands and poor availability for Customers.
  • We also develop the store space plan, to ensure each store gets the right range and level of stock.
